About Asgard Aerospace
The Foundry of Flight
We built Asgard to reignite that forge, creating a place where technology, design, and production converge to restore momentum in flight.
Our Origin
Where Purpose Took Form
Asgard Aerospace began as an idea:
The Forge of Modern Aerospace had Grown Cold.
Programs were advancing faster than the world’s ability to manufacture and certify them.
We built Asgard to reignite that forge, creating a place where technology, design, and production converge to restore momentum in flight.
Asgard Aerospace was founded by a team of engineers, operators, and builders who saw a widening divide between innovation and execution.
New materials, digital design tools, and propulsion systems were redefining aerospace, yet production capacity and certification systems remained constrained.
Our founders recognized that the next era of flight would require more than new technology. It would require a new industrial foundation capable of building, testing, and qualifying systems at speed and with precision.
Across the aerospace ecosystem, manufacturing capacity and certification pathways have become the limiting factors of progress.
Advanced programs often wait months or years for qualified production, tooling, or inspection capacity.
Specialized suppliers work in isolation, and digital traceability rarely extends beyond a single organization.
This fragmentation slows development, increases risk, and restricts innovation.
A Nexus for Precision, Collaboration, and Certification
Asgard Aerospace was built to close the structural gap that limits progress in flight.
Our vision is to create a manufacturing ecosystem where materials, machines, and data work in harmony, accelerating development while maintaining certification integrity.
Through collaboration with OEMs, research institutions, and defense partners, Asgard is redefining what it means to build for flight.

Restoring Industrial Strength
The global aerospace market is expanding at a record pace, driven by defense modernization, commercial demand, and the rise of advanced mobility systems.
Yet the capacity to build, qualify, and certify this technology has not kept up.
A growing shortfall exists between global aerospace growth and the United States’ ability to manufacture at scale.
Asgard Aerospace was founded to close that gap.
Through advanced composites, thermoplastics, machining, and integration systems linked by a unified digital thread, Asgard strengthens the industrial foundation that aerospace innovation depends on.
This nexus aligns design, production, and certification into one continuous process that restores speed, confidence, and collaboration across the supply chain.
Asgard represents more than a facility. It is the convergence point for those who believe progress in flight begins with mastery in manufacturing.
Join us in rebuilding the industrial core of aerospace and shaping the future of flight.
